WHOLESALE

Q: Do you have a minimum order requirements?

A: Yes, we are exclusively wholesale distributor of fashion Korean & Japanese style clothing.  5 items is our minimum order quantity.  You can mix order items.  (ie: order 5 different items, or 5 of the same item, or any mix you like).  Notice that for orders less than $100 a small handling fee may apply.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?

A: Yes. Please visit our Wholesale Discount page for more information.

ORDERING

Q: What happens when I have problems ordering?

A:  Please send us an email (k1fashion [at] gmail [dot] com) or click contact us.  You can also order via the Excel Order Form

PRODUCT

Q:  What is Free Size?

A:  a free size is "one size fits all" - make sure you fit within the range for the item though (check bust size for example)

Measurements:  

Measurements displayed in the product description pages are for your reference.  Please keep in mind that during the production process it is normal for it to be slightly different in measurement.

Accessories:

Accessories displayed in the product pictures are not included unless otherwise noted.

Q:  Are all the products available all the time?

A:  Not always.  Sometimes items are sold out and we do not always restock them.  If the item says "Out of Stock" - please do not add to the cart.  Sometimes the product becomes unavailable after you placed the order - in that case we will refund you the amount for the out of stock items. 

SHIPPING

Q: Are your shipping charge calculations in the shopping cart accurate?

A: Shipping charges and item weights displayed in the shopping cart its normally accurate - if not we will let you know after you place the order.

Q: What's the shipping rate to my country?

A: Please consult these tables for shipping fees to your country.

Q: How long does it take to ship the order to me from the time of order?

A: We normally ship the goods from our China warehouse within 5 days of order receipt and ship out worldwide using EMS and DHL express mail (normally 5-9 days depending on your location) - We will provide a tracking number after we ship so you can track your shipment online.

Q: Which shipping method do you recommend EMS or DHL?

A: We recommend picking DHL for shipping - it is normally faster (5 days international) and there is no weight limit.  EMS has a weight limit of 20kg and is normally slower than DHL.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?

A: We now offer DHL (recommended for international shipments), EMS, Air China (for smaller packages), Yuan Tong (for domestic shipments in China)

Q: Do you guarantee shipment?

A: We do not guarantee the shipment, but when you buy we will provide you with a status of your order during processing and after we ship we provide a package tracking # and a web site so you can keep track of where your packages are.   If you like to buy insurance for your shipment, just let us know we can accommodate.

Q: Are there any Custom charges for shipping to my country?

A:  some countries charge additional customs taxes for shipment of goods to the country.  The shipping company normally handles the clearing of the customs for you but if the country requires it, you might need to pay additional customs fees.  We cannot guarantee that no customs fees will be charged, but for many countries that we ship to - there is normally no customs fee.

Q: Is the shipment door-to-door?

A: Normally Yes - but we have heard of cases where the customer has been asked to pickup the order in person, but this is pretty uncommon.

PAYMENTS

Q: What are your payment options?

A: We currently accept all the major credit cards such as Visa, Master, American Express and any other cards accepted by  Paypal (as well as your bank account) and Google Checkout 

Q: Do you accept Western Union or COD?

A: We do not offer Western Union or COD (cash on delivery) at this time. 

Q: What is your payment currency?

A: All pricing and charges are in US dollars.  However, we display a reference currency based on your country for your convenience.

RETURNS
 
We gladly accept returns of  a maximum 10 item per order.  Notice that a re-stocking fee of $1 will apply per item. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
